Pension Update – October 2021
Your Union believes the current company pension change is a violation to our current Collective Bargaining Agreement in effect till March 6th, 2024.
Currently the Union is challenging this proposed change to our Pension Plan through both the Ontario Labour Resource Board and the CBA grievance arbitration process.
With that said, your Union recommends members attending the forthcoming company information sessions for information / educational purposes only.
