DEPARTMENTAL PROGRAMS
Departmental programs are specialized programs designed by IAM headquarters departments and conducted at the Winpisinger Center. Enrollment information for departmental programs is included in the program calls which the sponsoring department sends to local lodges annually.

STAFF PROGRAMS
Staff programs focus on specific applied skills for full-time union representatives as well as members with existing leadership positions or actvisim in organizing, bargaining or contract administration. Participants are enrolled in staff programs by the General Vice President for their territory or union sector.
